neuroplasticity and ice hockey


I did 5A twice. I have missed several days. I needed a break. It seems to work — got a breakaway in my game Sunday night and scored the first goal of the game. Very focused on improving as I play. There is an effect from this for certain. I hope it keeps improving. Hopefully I will get back on it today. It’s been too long a break. Update: Skated yesterday morning. Exhausted. Stayed in bed. Slept well last night hopefully back on today!
